GYPSI was formed in 2022 by three family members during COVID, bringing a uniquely original style of vocal harmonies and rhythms that feature shades of country, jazz, folk and rock. Two generations of musicians coming together to create a magical listening experience.

Jay started playing guitar in 2019 after he retired in Dallas Texas. He has performed with several groups and enjoys the connection a live audience provides.
Jay supports, uplifts and inspires with both subtle and dynamic lead and rhythms.
He believes all songs have a voice to be heard and felt.
